Self-Management For Work Productivity
International Facilitator, Daw Khin Sandi Lwin, will lead an interactive session on self-management for work productivity. In group discussions, the participants will actively engage with the experienced facilitator and with each other, for mutual learning and sharing.
By the end of the day, participants will:
The main methodology of the training will be interactive, shared learning with small group exercises based on guidance on the dimensions of self-management. Time for self-reflection will be provided along with learning from peers on how others may be addressing the different dimensions. The tea break and lunch time will also be used for mutual learning.
In the morning, the focus will be on the different dimensions of self-management and self-assessment on current status and possible impediments. The session will then progress to learning from each other in small groups.
In the afternoon, the focus will be on broader work productivity dimensions using guidance notes for mutual learning in small groups.
The session closes with drafting a road map for further individual effort on the longer-term personal development.
The session will be delivered in a mixture of spoken Myanmar language and written English.
