A consultative approach to sales means identifying needs, building relationships and, ultimately, serving as a trusted advisor to your customers.
This workshop introduces a framework tool to analyse your customers, their needs and buying styles. It gives you valuable insights into your current approach to sales and how you can adapt this to be more effective with the range of customers you work with. Your experienced trainer will take you through a simple seven-step process that you can apply immediately in your workplace to be more effective in gaining and maintaining customers.
