In the modern workplace we all have to deal with many different personality types in different situations. Sometimes this means we have to give and receive negative feedback, handle criticism and anger effectively and say ‘no’ to people even when we don’t want to. This course is designed to help you build your confidence to deal assertively in challenging interpersonal situations to achieve win-win solutions.


In this workshop you will:
· understand the benefits of achieving win-win outcomes in interpersonal relations
· examine the differences between passive, aggressive and assertive behaviours
· explore ways of influencing people positively
· examine ways of dealing with criticism effectively
